1. Promoter: This competition is promoted by Mistragystix (Pty) Ltd T/A ARC Store arcstore.co.za (reg. no. 2017/354647/07).

2. Offer Period: This competition runs from 00h00 on 11 May 2021 until 23h59 on 31 May 2021 (“Offer Period”). No entries will be accepted after 23h59 on 31 May 2021.

3. 3.1 How to qualify: You are entitled to participate in this offer if: (i) you are a neutral  customer who is at least 18 years old and who resides in South Africa; and (ii) it is lawful for you to be awarded the gift set. You may NOT participate if you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with this offer , or if you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to ARC Store or any other entity which directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Arc Store, or if you are any of the aforementioned persons’ spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister or business partner.

   3.2 This offer is run on the arcstore.co.za website, as well as related ARC Store mobi-sites and software applications. Customers will need to log in and sign up to arcstore.co.za. At check out, customer is to use their Clicks Clubcard number to complete purchase. Customers are to ensure they purchase Dermalogica product to the value of R1699. Each qualifying customer will receive a R600 Dermalogica gift set. Note that should you at any stage act in contravention of section 4 below, you will be disqualified from receiving the offer.

4. How many times you can qualify: You may qualify for this offer as many times as you wish during the stipulated period. Each Qualifying Entry (completed as described in section 3 above) will give you one entry into qualify. Please note that each additional check out purchase must be different to your first complete transaction.

5. Additional Fees: There are no entry fees to participate in this offer, and no additional charges involved in acting as set out in section 3 above.

6. Gift Set: Each qualifying customer will receive a Dermalogica Gift Set to the value of R600.This offer is valid for a limited time only. While stocks Last.

7. Each qualifying customer will be contacted on he’s/her ARC Store login email address and contact number, 3 business days after the relevant offer has ended. We will then send a direct email via the particular customers ARC Store login email address to request his/her name, surname, email address, ID number, delivery address and telephone number and ensure compliance as per section 4.

8. Disqualification of winner: There are certain situations in which a customer will be disqualified from receipt of his/her gift set, namely: (i) he/she fails to provide Participant Information within 24 hours of it being requested by us for the second time; (ii) he/she is found to have contravened any other rule set out herein; or (iii) in anticipation of delivery of the corresponding gift set, he/she refuses to or cannot provide reasonably sufficient documentation to verify his/her identity.

9. Use of participant and customer information: You acknowledge and expressly consent that we may process your personal information for purposes of maintaining your membership to Arc Store.

10 (a) You have the right to access your personal information held by us. We will grant you such access during office hours within a reasonable time after receiving such a written request for access;

(b) Your personal information will only be kept for as long as it's required to be etained by law.

(c) You have the right to request the correction, destruction or deletion of personal information held by Arcstore, or to object to the processing of personal information, in which event you will no longer be able to be a participant in the offer.

(d) We will only do this in the event that you have consented to marketing if you are a Clubcard member.

(e) If you have given us permission to contact you for marketing purposes, you agree that we may send you relevant marketing information and promotional offers from Arc Store. This applies, but is not limited to, marketing goods and services to you across all marketing channels, including online /e-mail / mail / SMS / MMS / telephonic / social media. We will always give you an option to opt out of future marketing when we market to you.

(f) Please ensure that your personal and contact details are correct and up to date to enable us to offer you Arc Store offers and promotions. If your contact details change at any time, please update your details online or via our Customer Service on 087 330 4946 (Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30).

(g) We will not be held responsible if you do not receive your personalised offers in the event that your personal details have changed and you have not notified us.
