How do I request a return?
It's really simple to request a return, please log in to your ARC account and click here and complete the Returns form.
Can I return any item?
Yes you can provided that it's still sealed and in a resalable condition. Please see more information on our Returns Policy here.
How does the return process work?
Once we've received your return request, one of our Digital Beauty Architects will get in touch with you to confirm a date for collection. Once the items are collected by our courier partner they will be inspected at our fulfilment centre. This process can take from 3 to 5 business days from collection to inspection.
