ARC Competition Terms and Conditions 

1. By entering this competition, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

2. In order to be eligible to enter the competition, a participant must: 

1. be at least 18 years old and residing in the Republic of South Africa; and 

2. follow @arcstoreofficial, like the giveaway post, Comment which Laneige set you're looking forward to the most, tag a friend, share to stories 

3. All participants who meet the eligibility requirements set out above will be automatically entered into the competition. 

4. The following persons and entities are not eligible to participate in the competition: 

5. directors, members, partners, employees, agents of or consultants to Mistragystix (Pty) Ltd T/A ARC Store, its subsidiaries, divisions and/or associated companies (“ARC”) or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by ARC, and their spouses, life partners, immediate family members and business partners; 

6. directors, members, partners, employees, agents of or consultants to the advertising and promotion agencies of ARC and their spouses, life partners, immediate family members and business partners and; 

7. An individual who was selected as a competition winner in any of the competitions before this one. 

8. The competition commences on 16 May 2026 and closes on 27 May 2026.   

9. One (1) winner will be selected at random from the eligible entries by 28 May 2026. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence in this regard will be entered into. 

10. The winner will be contacted via direct Message (DM) on the social media channel on which they entered. 

11. The prize for the competition are as follows:   

1. Laneige Donut Delight Lip Serum Duo 

2. Laneige Berry Sweet Lip Trio 

3. Laneige Daily Hydration Essentials Set 

4. Laneige Bouncy Skin on the Go Set 

12. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other item. If, for any reason, ARC cannot provide any of the prizes, ARC will award an alternative prize of a similar value.   

13. The winner may be required to provide ARC with contact details, address, and proof of identification in the form of a copy of his/her identity document, passport or South African driver’s licence. 

14. Notification and delivery of prizes: 

1. The winner’s contact details will be obtained via Direct Message. The winner will be contacted within 10 working days after his/her name has been drawn, that he/she has won the prize. 

15. ARC reserves the right to disqualify a winner if he/she does not respond to the telephone call, e-mail or notification within 4 working days of being contacted or the notification being despatched, indicating that he/she accepts the prize. In such event, ARC will be entitled to select another winner within 1 working day thereafter. 

16. If a winner cannot accept a prize for any reason, that winner will forfeit his/her prize and another winner will be selected.  

17. The prize/s will be delivered to the chosen address, which will be sent via Courier service within 30 working days of all winners being notified. 

18. The winner’s name will be published on the official ARC website (www.arcstore.co.za) and on ARC's social media channels. 

19. Unless the winner specifically states otherwise, each winner agrees to participate in all promotional activity and hereby consents to ARC using his/her name, images and/or voice in any promotional material for the purpose of promoting the competition. No compensation will be payable for such use. The winner will have the right to withdraw his/her consent for the use of his/her name, images and/or voice prior to the use thereof by ARC in any promotional activity. 

20.  A copy of these terms and conditions will be available on the official ARC website (www.arcstore.co.za) from 18 May 2026 to 30 June 2026. 

21. By participating in the competition, you agree, subject to applicable law, that ARC nor its respective advertising agencies will be liable for any losses, damages, costs or claims in connection with the competition or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. 

22. ARC reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the competition for reasons beyond its control. ARC and its services providers, including any telephone network providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online services or for any other error.
