Apply alone, under, or over foundation. Two ways to apply: 1. Use wand with doe foot applicator to apply concealer to desired areas. 2. Use blurring sponge with a patting motion (stippling) to blend seamlessly into skin. Apply under eye area or use all over to spot conceal or to highlight and contour.
