    ARC Bling Day 2024 Promotion: Terms and Conditions 

      

    1.      Promoter: This offer is promoted by Mistragystix (Pty) Ltd T/A ARC Store arcstore.co.za (reg. no. 2017/354647/07).    

    2.     Offer, Offer Channel and Offer Period: This offer runs according to the following dates and channels: 

    ARC Online at arcstore.co.za 

    • 25 November 2024 – 28 November 2024: ARC Members only get 25% off selected products online only, when they spend R1000 or more at arcstore.co.za. 
    • 29 November 2024 – 1 December 2024: All customers get 25% off selected products online only, when they spend R1000 or more at arcstore.co.za. 

    ARC stores 

    • 28 November 2024: ARC Members get 25% off selected products in ARC stores only. 
    • 29 November 2024 – 1 December 2024: All customers get 25% off selected products in ARC stores only. 

    3.      How to qualify:  

    ARC Online at arcstore.co.za 

    • 25 November 2024 – 28 November 2024: ARC members must sign into their ARC profile and spend R1000 or more on qualifying products, in order to qualify for 25% off online at arcstore.co.za. If the customer is not an ARC Member, customer must first sign up at https://www.arcstore.co.za/arc-sign-up and then sign into their ARC profile and spend R1000 or more on qualifying products, in order to qualify for 25% off online at arcstore.co.za. 
    • 29 November 2024 – 1 December 2024: All customers must spend R1000 or more at arcstore.co.za on qualifying products. 

    ARC stores 

    • 28 November 2024: ARC members must sign into their ARC profile at the till in store when purchasing qualifying products, in order to qualify for 25% off in store. If the customer is not an ARC Member, customer must first sign up at https://www.arcstore.co.za/arc-sign-up or at the till in store, and then sign into their ARC profile at the till in store, when qualifying products, in order to qualify for 25% off. 

     

    • 29 November 2024 – 1 December 2024: All customers must purchase qualifying products in store in order to qualify for 25% off. 

     

    4. Brand and Product Exclusions: The following brands and products are excluded from ARC’s Bling Day Promotion: 

    • Chanel, Dior, Dyson, La Mer, Dermalogica, Sol De Janeiro, Fragrance Collections (except for Atkinsons and Boss), Giftsets. 
    • HUDA’s Icy Nude Collection  
    • Kayali’s Yum Marshmallow fragrances 

    5.     Locations: This promotion is valid in-store and online as outlined above. 

    6.     Limitations: The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively, including the ARC Artist discount. 

    7.     Returns: For more information on returning products, please see our Returns Policy. The Returns Policy is enforced by reference, which means it is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.  

    8.     All ARC Store products, including those sold online, may not be purchased for resale. If we suspect that such goods are being purchased for resale, we have the right to cancel or stop your order immediately.

    10.   Use of participant and customer information: You acknowledge and expressly consent that we may process your personal information for the purpose of maintaining your membership to ARC Store.   

    11.   Access of information:   

    (a) You have the right to access your personal information held by us. We will grant you such access during office hours within a reasonable time after receiving such a written request for access.   

    (b) Your personal information will only be kept for as long as it is required to be retained by law.   

    (c) You have the right to request the correction, destruction or deletion of personal information held by Arcstore, or to object to the processing of personal information, in which event you will no longer be able to be a participant in the offer.   

    4.      We will only do this in the event that you have consented to marketing if you are a Clubcard member.   

    5.      If you have given us permission to contact you for marketing purposes, you agree that we may send you relevant marketing information and promotional offers from Arc Store. This applies, but is not limited to, marketing goods and services to you across all marketing channels, including online /e-mail / mail / SMS / MMS / telephonic / social media. We will always give you an option to opt out of future marketing when we market to you.   

    7.      Please ensure that your personal and contact details are correct and up to date to enable us to offer you Arc Store offers and promotions. If your contact details change at any time, please update your details online or via our Customer Service on 087 330 4946 (Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30).   

    8.    We will not be held responsible if you do not receive your personalised offers in the event that your personal details have changed, and you have not notified us.
