TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ARCADE GIFT AND GAME FESTIVAL
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the ARCADE Promo Event ("ARCADE") with Mistragystix (Pty) Ltd T/A ARC Store arcstore.co.za (reg. no. 2017/354647/07). Please read these Terms carefully before engaging with the ARCADE Promo.
About this promotion: From 24 October 2025 to 2 November 2025, ARC stores will offer the ARCADE Promo gaming and gifting event. This event will offer a variety of gifts with purchases, in-store games and prizes, and online promotions, each with their own unique Terms and Conditions, as outlined below.
Promoter: This offer is promoted by Mistragystix (Pty) Ltd T/A ARC Store arcstore.co.za (reg. no. 2017/354647/07).
Promo Period: The ARCADE Promotion will run from 24 October 2025 to 2 November 2025. Customers will be notified of any date changes on the ARC website, social media channels and/or other direct communication channels such as email.
Eligibility: Anyone within South Africa, can take part in the ARCADE promo event.
How it works:
There will be various games, gifts with purchases and prizes on offer. Please see a full list below with their unique Terms and Conditions.
Gifts with Purchase
- Gifts with certain purchases will be available in all ARC stores only.
- Gifts with purchase are not available online at arcstore.co.za.
- In order to receive a Gift with Purchase, customers must purchase certain products from ARC stores and/or arcstore.co.za, according to the qualifying criteria below.
- Not all gift offers are available in all ARC stores and gift options may vary.
- Some gift with purchase offers have more than one gift option. In this case, the ARC store staff will randomly select the gift with purchase for the customer OR will allow the customer to choose a gift (at their discretion).
- Gift offers (gifts with purchase) will be available ONLY while the gift stock is available.
- If the products required to be purchased (either by the customer or as a condition of the offer) are out of stock, ARC is not obliged to supply a gift at a later stage or offer alternative compensation.
- ARC reserves the right to cancel the gifts with purchase at any time, and any cancelation to the promo will be communicated via ARC’s social media channels.
- No exchanging of gifts will be allowed.

ARC Hexagon Dice
- A "Hexagon Dice” game will be available in all ARC stores.
- In order to qualify to play the “Hexagon Dice” game, a customer must spend R1800 in ARC stores during the ARCADE promo event.
- Qualifying customers can throw the dice, in order to win the prize outlined on the dice. There is also a chance a customer will not win a prize.
- Prizes must be claimed by 31 December 2025.

- ARC reserves the right to remove the “Hexagon dice” at any time. Any cancelling of this game will be communicated via the ARC social media channels.

- One roll per purchase over R1800
- Once the dice has landed on a prize this cannot be changed.
- Only one promotion can be applied per purchase.
ARC Digital Scratch Cards
- A "Scratch Card” game will be available digitally via a QR code in all ARC stores and via links on ARC social media and website channels.
- In order to qualify to play the “Scratch and Win” game, a customer must:
- Scan the QR code in any ARC store and follow the link, or follow the link from ARC social media or website;
- Fill in their details during the ARCADE promo event from 24 October 2025 to 2 November 2025.
- Scratch the digital card;
- Fill in their details to receive an email with their prize;
- Visit an ARC store
- Show their email to the staff in an ARC store at the till;
- Sign in at the ARC till to redeem their prize.
- Qualifying customers can scratch a digital card once during the ARCADE promo event

- Prizes cannot be swapped or exchanged.
- Customers are limited to ONE (1) scratch card game during the period of the event.
- By filling in the “Scratch and Win” digital card, you agree that ARC may send you relevant marketing information and promotional offers from ARC Store, until such time that you request otherwise (more information can be found under Use of participant and customer information).
- ARC reserves the right to remove the “Scratch Card” game at any time. Any cancelling of this game will be communicated via the ARC social media channels.
- Prizes for the “Scratch and Win Card” will be available while stock lasts.
- The scratch card offers are available while stock lasts.
ARC Online Pac Man Code
- During the ARCADE Promo period, a code for 20% off at arcstore.co.za will be hidden on pages on the website.
- Clues to find this code will be shared on ARC’s social media channels.
- If a customer finds this code, they can use this according to the following terms and conditions:
- The ARCADE Pac Man code will offer 20% off online at arcstore.co.za

- Available for ONE use only

FENTY Spinning Wheel
- A FENTY “spinning wheel” game will be available in ARC stores for the duration of the ARCADE promo.
- In order to qualify to play the FENTY game, a customer must buy 2 full size products from FENTY BEAUTY or FENTY SKIN in store only at the ARC stores outlined above.
- Qualifying customers can spin the wheel for a chance to win a gift from FENTY, which may include miniature products and samples, merchandise, or other gifts.
- ARC reserves the right to change the location of the FENTY game, and any movement of this game will be communicated vie the ARC social media channels.
- Prizes will vary.
- Prizes will be available while stock lasts.
Sol de Janeiro Locker of Luck
- A “Locker of Luck” game will be available in ARC Sandton, ARC Gateway and ARC V&A Waterfront from 24 October 2025 to 2 November 2025 from 10h00-19h00.
- In order to qualify to play the game, a customer must purchase 2 full size Sol de Janeiro products from an ARC store that features the Locker of Luck game.
- Customers must take their till slip to the locker and show it to the promoter in order to play.
- The customer will then be allowed to unlock one of the locker doors to claim a prize, which may include miniature products and samples, merchandise, or other gifts from the brand.
- Prizes will be available while stock lasts.
- ARC reserves the right to change the location of the Sol de Janeiro game, and any movement of this game will be communicated vie the ARC social media channels.
Kylie Cosmetics Ring Toss
- A “Ring Toss” game from KYLIE will be available in ARC Sandton, ARC Gateway and ARC V&A Waterfront from 24 October 2025 to 2 November 2025
- In order to qualify to play the game, a customer must purchase one Kylie Cosmetics product to play. Or two products to win more prizes.
- Customers must take their till slip to the ring and show it to the promoter in order to play.
- The customer will then be allowed to toss the ring to claim a prize, which may include miniature products and samples, merchandise, or other gifts from the brand.
- Prizes will be available while stock lasts.
- ARC reserves the right to change the location of the game, and any movement of this game will be communicated via the ARC social media channels.
General
All orders for all the above are also bound by the other ARC website, online, returns and privacy TS and CS which can be accessed here.
Bulk orders: All orders in relation to the above and/or that make use of any promo outlined above will be subjected to the ARC bulk order terms and conditions outlined below:
1. No more than 4 units of the same SKU can be purchased.
2. No more than 12 units per brand can by purchased.
3. Customers will need to outline their reason for purchase.
4. Customer will need to provide their contact details.
5. Bank will need to clear the payment before the transaction is completed.
6. Excludes: Dyson, CHANEL and Dior
7. No bounce-back or any other promo can be used in conjunction with the bulk order discount.
8. No ClubCards can be swiped for any spend over R20 000.
Locations: This promotion is available at ARC Store online and in ARC stores.
Returns: For more information on the terms and conditions of returning products, please see our Returns Policy. The Returns Policy is enforced by reference, which means it is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
Use of participant and customer information:
You acknowledge and expressly consent that we may process your personal information for purposes of maintaining your membership to ARC Store.
Access of information:
(a) You have the right to access your personal information held by us. We will grant you such access during office hours within a reasonable time after receiving such a written request for access.
(b) Your personal information will only be kept for as long as it is required to be retained by law.
(c) You have the right to request the correction, destruction or deletion of personal information held by ARC, or to object to the processing of personal information, in which event you will no longer be able to be a participant in the offer.
If you have given Arc Store permission to contact you for marketing purposes, you agree that we may send you relevant marketing information and promotional offers from Arc Store. This applies, but is not limited to, marketing goods and services to you across all marketing channels, including online /e-mail / mail / SMS / MMS / telephonic / social media. We will always give you an option to opt out of future marketing when we market to you.
Please ensure that your personal and contact details are correct and up to date to enable us to offer you Arc Store offers and promotions. If your contact details change at any time, please update your details online or via our Customer Service on 087 330 4946 (Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30).
We will not be held responsible if you do not receive your personalised offers in the event that your personal details have changed, and you have not notified us.
In the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, government actions, terrorism, strikes, labour disputes, supplier failures, or any other unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control that would significantly impede or render impossible the shipment of product, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the production without any liability. Any prepaid amounts for the cancelled production run will be refunded to the original payment method.
All ARC Store products, including those sold online, may not be purchased for resale. If we suspect that such goods are being purchased for resale, we have the right to cancel or stop your order immediately.
