TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ARC GIFT FEST MAY 2026 

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the ARC GIFT FEST event ("GIFT FEST") with Mistragystix (Pty) Ltd T/A ARC Store arcstore.co.za (reg. no. 2017/354647/07). 

 Please read these Terms carefully before engaging with the GIFT FEST Promo. 

About this promotion: From 28 May 2026 to 7 June 2026, ARC stores will offer the GIFT FEST Promotional gift with purchase event. This event will offer a variety of gifts with purchases, each with their own unique Terms and Conditions, as outlined below. 
 
Promoter: This offer is promoted by Mistragystix (Pty) Ltd T/A ARC Store arcstore.co.za (reg. no. 2017/354647/07).   

Promo Period: The GIFT FEST Promotion will run from 09:00 on 28 May 2026 to 00:00 on 7 June 2026. Customers will be notified of any date changes on the ARC website, social media channels and/or other direct communication channels such as email.   

Eligibility: Anyone within South Africa, can take part in the GIFT FEST promo event. 

How it works:  

Gifts with Purchase 

• Gifts with certain purchases will be available in all ARC stores and at arcstore.co.za. 

• Not all brands qualify for a Gift with a Purchase.  

• In order to receive a Gift with Purchase from a participating brand, customers must: do one of the following: 

 

1. Purchase 2 full-size makeup products from one of the participating makeup brands, in order to receive the participating brand’s gift. 

2. Purchase 2 full-size skincare products from one of the participating skincare brands, in order to receive the participating brand’s gift. 

3. Purchase 1 full-size fragrance from one of the participating fragrance brands, in order to receive the participating brand’s gift. 

 

 

• If a customer completes all of the above qualifying purchases, they are entitled to  

one gift for each. 

• Customers will not qualify for a gift when purchasing any size other than a full-size product (no minis or travel sizes will qualify). 

• Not all gift offers are available in all ARC stores, and gift options may vary per store.  

• Some Gift with Purchase offers have more than one gift option.  

• In this case, when shopping in store, the ARC store staff will randomly select the gift with purchase for the customer OR will allow the customer to choose a gift (at their discretion).  

• When shopping online at arcstore.co.za, gifts will be selected on behalf of the customer at random, while stock lasts. Customers are not able to select their own gift when shopping online. 

• Gifts with Purchase will be available ONLY while the gift stock is available. 

• If the products required to be purchased (either by the customer or as a condition of the offer) are out of stock, ARC is not obliged to supply a gift at a later stage or offer alternative compensation. 

• ARC reserves the right to cancel the gifts with purchase at any time, and any cancelation to the promo will be communicated via ARC’s social media channels. 

• No exchanging of gifts will be allowed. 

 

 

ARC Pouch 

• For the duration of the Gift Fest, a customer can spend R1800 on any products in store or online at arcstore.co.za, and receive a complimentary ARC pouch worth R225. There will be two (2) samples inside the ARC pouch.  

• The ARC Pouch offer is available while stock lasts.
• In order to qualify, the final transaction amount should be R1800 or more.
• If a customer uses a previous voucher that gives them a percentage off (for example, the “15% off your next shop” voucher), so the final transaction amount after applying the voucher is under R1800, the customer will not qualify for the ARC pouch. 
• The ARC Pouch offer is available while stock lasts. 
• Not all ARC pouches will exactly resemble the one photographed. 
• The ARC pouch samples will be selected by the ARC staff in store or online.  

• Samples cannot be swapped, exchanged or resold. 

 

General 

All orders for all the above are also bound by the other ARC website, online, returns and privacy TS and CS which can be accessed here.  

Bulk orders: All orders in relation to the above and/or that make use of any promo outlined above will be subjected to the ARC bulk order terms and conditions outlined below: 

1.⁠ ⁠No more than 4 units of the same SKU can be purchased.  

2.⁠ ⁠No more than 12 units per brand can by purchased. 

3.⁠ ⁠Customers will need to outline their reason for purchase. 

4.⁠ ⁠Customer will need to provide their contact details.  

5.⁠ ⁠Bank will need to clear the payment before the transaction is completed. 

6.⁠ ⁠Excludes: Dyson, CHANEL and Dior 

7.⁠ ⁠No bounce-back or any other promo can be used in conjunction with the bulk order discount. 

8.⁠ ⁠No ClubCards can be swiped for any spend over R20 000.  

Locations: This promotion is available at ARC Store online and in ARC stores.  

Returns: For more information on the terms and conditions of returning products, please see our Returns Policy. The Returns Policy is enforced by reference, which means it is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.  

Use of participant and customer information: 

You acknowledge and expressly consent that we may process your personal information for purposes of maintaining your membership to ARC Store.   

Access of information:   

(a) You have the right to access your personal information held by us. We will grant you such access during office hours within a reasonable time after receiving such a written request for access.   

(b) Your personal information will only be kept for as long as it is required to be retained by law.   

(c) You have the right to request the correction, destruction or deletion of personal information held by ARC, or to object to the processing of personal information, in which event you will no longer be able to be a participant in the offer.     

If you have given Arc Store permission to contact you for marketing purposes, you agree that we may send you relevant marketing information and promotional offers from Arc Store. This applies, but is not limited to, marketing goods and services to you across all marketing channels, including online /e-mail / mail / SMS / MMS / telephonic / social media. We will always give you an option to opt out of future marketing when we market to you.   

Please ensure that your personal and contact details are correct and up to date to enable us to offer you Arc Store offers and promotions. If your contact details change at any time, please update your details online or via our Customer Service on 087 330 4946 (Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30).   

We will not be held responsible if you do not receive your personalised offers in the event that your personal details have changed, and you have not notified us.   

In the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, government actions, terrorism, strikes, labour disputes, supplier failures, or any other unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control that would significantly impede or render impossible the shipment of product, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the production without any liability. Any prepaid amounts for the cancelled production run will be refunded to the original payment method. 

All ARC Store products, including those sold online, may not be purchased for resale. If we suspect that such goods are being purchased for resale, we have the right to cancel or stop your order immediately.
