1.      Promoter: This offer is promoted by Mistragystix (Pty) Ltd T/A ARC Store arcstore.co.za (reg. no. 2017/354647/07).  

2.     Offer Period: This offer runs from 00h00 on 25th December 2022 until 23h59 on 15th January 2023 . (“Offer Period”). Please note that this offer will only be valid during the offer period.  

3.     How to qualify: All customers who purchase sale goods from ARC are eligible to receive 40% off their purchase, while stocks last and with applied exclusions.   

4.    Inclusions : This offer is specific to identified ranges of products. Instore : the products have been grouped together physically and are identifiable by a pink sticker. Online the products have been grouped together on https://www.arcstore.co.za/arc-40-sale 

5.      Locations : This promotion is available in all ARC stores and ARC online store.

6.     Limitations : The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion (eg. The 15% bounce-back voucher) or be applied retrospectively.  Products may occasionally be displayed in the incorrect place (e.g. If customers put products down in the wrong place) and be misidentified as sale. These products will be removed from Sale if necessary, at point of purchase. If products are purchased online every effort will be made to fulfil the order. If we are unable to do so our refund policy will apply.

7.      Please note the 40% sale discount will be applied at checkout.  

8.      Returns: For more information on returning products, please see our Returns Policy. The Returns Policy is enforced by reference, which means it is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

9.      All ARC Store products, including those sold online, may not be purchased for resale. If we suspect that such goods are being purchased for resale, we have the right to cancel or stop your order immediately.

11.   Use of participant and customer information: You acknowledge and expressly consent that we may process your personal information for purposes of maintaining your membership to ARC Store.

(a) You have the right to access your personal information held by us. We will grant you such access during office hours within a reasonable time after receiving such a written request for access. 

(b) Your personal information will only be kept for as long as it is required to be retained by law. 

(c) You have the right to request the correction, destruction or deletion of personal information held by Arcstore, or to object to the processing of personal information, in which event you will no longer be able to be a participant in the offer. 

4.      We will only do this in the event that you have consented to marketing if you are a Clubcard member. 

5.      If you have given us permission to contact you for marketing purposes, you agree that we may send you relevant marketing information and promotional offers from Arc Store. This applies,  

6.      but is not limited to, marketing goods and services to you across all marketing channels, including online /e-mail / mail / SMS / MMS / telephonic / social media. We will always give you an option to opt out of future marketing when we market to you. 

7.      Please ensure that your personal and contact details are correct and up to date to enable us to offer you Arc Store offers and promotions. 8.      We will not be held responsible if you do not receive your personalised offers if your personal details have changed, and you have not notified us.
