1.      Promoter: This offer is promoted by Mistragystix (Pty) Ltd T/A ARC Store arcstore.co.za (reg. no. 2017/354647/07).  

2.     Offer Period: This offer runs from 00h01 on Friday 10th February 2023 until 23h59 on 14th February 2023 . (“Offer Period”). Please note that this offer will only be valid during the offer period.  

3.     How to qualify: All customers who purchase sale goods from ARC are eligible to receive 25% off their purchase, when buying ANY 2 qualifying products while stocks last and with applied exclusions.   

4.    Inclusions : This offer applies to all fragrances, fragrance gift sets , bath and body products and home fragrance products. Ranges may differ online to in-store and availability is dependent on while stocks last. The bath and body products include the following brands only : Jack Black , LOccitane , Molton Brown , Nesti Dante and Salt & Stone.

5.      Locations : This promotion is available in all ARC stores and on ARC online arcstore.co.za

6.     Limitations and exclusions : The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion (eg. The 15% bounce-back voucher) or be applied retrospectively.  CHANEL, DIOR and DERMALOGICA products are excluded from the promotion. If products are purchased online every effort will be made to fulfil the order. If we are unable to do so our refund policy will apply.

7.      Please note the 25% discount will be applied at checkout if purchase qualifies. 

8.      Returns: For more information on returning products, please see our Returns Policy. The Returns Policy is enforced by reference, which means it is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

9.      All ARC Store products, including those sold online, may not be purchased for resale. If we suspect that such goods are being purchased for resale, we have the right to cancel or stop your order immediately.

11.   Use of participant and customer information: You acknowledge and expressly consent that we may process your personal information for purposes of maintaining your membership to ARC Store.

(a) You have the right to access your personal information held by us. We will grant you such access during office hours within a reasonable time after receiving such a written request for access. 

(b) Your personal information will only be kept for as long as it is required to be retained by law. 

(c) You have the right to request the correction, destruction or deletion of personal information held by Arcstore, or to object to the processing of personal information, in which event you will no longer be able to be a participant in the offer. 

4.      We will only do this in the event that you have consented to marketing if you are a Clubcard member. 

5.      If you have given us permission to contact you for marketing purposes, you agree that we may send you relevant marketing information and promotional offers from Arc Store. This applies,  

6.      but is not limited to, marketing goods and services to you across all marketing channels, including online /e-mail / mail / SMS / MMS / telephonic / social media. We will always give you an option to opt out of future marketing when we market to you.
