    ARC Birthday 2026 Promotion: Terms and Conditions

    1.      Promoter: This offer is promoted by Mistragystix (Pty) Ltd T/A ARC Store arcstore.co.za (reg. no. 2017/354647/07).   

    2.     Offer, Offer Channel and Offer Period: This offer runs according to the following dates and channels:

    ARC stores

    • 27 June – 05 July 2026: All customers can participate in the dice game in store when they spend 1800 or more on selected lines. Customers receive the prize the dice lands on.

    3.      How to qualify:

    Prize Terms and Conditions:

    • Customers can not roll the dice more than once.
    • Prizes can not be swapped, exchanged or resold.
    • ARC reserves the right to change and/or cancel the dice game or any of the prizes, at any time.

    The prizes won when rolling the dice are subject to the following conditions:

    10% off your next order

    - The customer will receive a voucher that will entitle them to 10% off their next ARC purchase.

    - Valid in-store or online.

    - This voucher can not be used in conjunction with any other ARC promotion.

    - This prize is valid until 31 July 2026 only.

    20% off exclusive brands

    - The customer will receive a voucher that will entitle them to 20% off their next ARC purchase of selected brands that are Only Available at ARC.

    - Valid in-store or online.

    - This voucher can not be used in conjunction with any other ARC promotion.

    - This prize is valid until 31 July 2026 only.

    - This promotion can not be used on any brand that is not-exclusive to ARC.

    R100 off your next purchase

    - The customer will receive a voucher that will entitle them to R100 off their next ARC purchase, when they spend R1800 or more at ARC.

    - This voucher is only valid when the purchase price is R1800 or more.

    - Valid in-store or online.

    - This voucher can not be used in conjunction with any other ARC promotion.

    - This prize is valid until 31 July 2026 only.

    4. Brand and Product Exclusions: The following brands and products are excluded from all ARC Birthday’s Day prizes and promotions:

    Dior, Sol de Janeiro, Collections, Huda Easy Bake EDP, Chanel, Dyson.

    5.     Locations: This promotion is valid in-store only.

    6.     Limitations: The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively, including the ARC Artist discount.

    7.     Returns: For more information on returning products, please see our Returns Policy. The Returns Policy is enforced by reference, which means it is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. 

    8.     All ARC Store products, including those sold online, may not be purchased for resale. If we suspect that such goods are being purchased for resale, we have the right to cancel or stop your order immediately.

    10.   Use of participant and customer information: You acknowledge and expressly consent that we may process your personal information for the purpose of maintaining your membership to ARC Store.  

    11.   Access of information:   

    You have the right to access your personal information held by us. We will grant you such access during office hours within a reasonable time after receiving such a written request for access. 

     Your personal information will only be kept for as long as it is required to be retained by law. 

     You have the right to request the correction, destruction or deletion of personal information held by Arcstore, or to object to the processing of personal information, in which event you will no longer be able to be a participant in the offer. 

     If you have given us permission to contact you for marketing purposes, you agree that we may send you relevant marketing information and promotional offers from Arc Store. This applies,  but is not limited to, marketing goods and services to you across all marketing channels, including online /e-mail / mail / SMS / MMS / telephonic / social media. We will always give you an option to opt out of future marketing when we market to you. 

    Please ensure that your personal and contact details are correct and up to date to enable us to offer you Arc Store offers and promotions. If your contact details change at any time, please update your details online or via our Customer Service on 087 330 4946 (Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30). 

    We will not be held responsible if you do not receive your personalised offers in the event that your personal details have changed, and you have not notified us.
