Services Ts & Cs

Background
These terms and conditions govern your booking and use of:
i. ARC Service ('Service') 
ii. A service provided by a third party provider at any ARC Store

By booking or using a Service you indicate you:
i. have read, understood, and accept:
A. these terms and conditions;
B. our Website Terms and Conditions
C. our Privacy Policy

Bookings
i. Bookings for a Service can be made online, in-store or via our customer service team. 
ii. For all bookings we will send you a confirmation email and reminder SMS before your appointment.
iii. Your appointment for any booking is not confirmed until we send our confirmation email. 

"iv. To book a Service, online:
A. Visit www.arcstore.co.za 
B. Select your preferred store, Service and appointment date and time
C. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email requesting you to make payment. Your booking will be reserved for 24hours once confirmed. "

"v. To Book a Service in-store: 
A. Attend your nearest ARC Store
B. Speak to an Architect at the till and select your Service and appointment date and time.
C. Make payment and you will receive a receipt. "

Payment
i. For all Services, the booking fee is payable within 24 hours of booking confirmation. 
ii. A Service is redeemable for products at the selected store on the day of your appointment. 
iii. You cannot pay the booking fee for a Service using Payflex or eBucks. 


Cancellations
You can manage your bookings, including cancellations, by:
i. Attending your nearest ARC Store 
ii. Contacting our Digital Architects 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
i. Notice of cancellation must be provided at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment in order to qualify for a full refund of the booking fee.  
ii. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment do not qualify for a refund. 
iii. Cancellations made between Monday and 1pm on Saturday can be made in-store or by contacting our Digital Architects by calling 087 330 4946 or sending an email to  hello@arcstore.co.za. Cancellations between Saturday 1pm and Sunday can be made in-store or by emailing our Digital Architects. Cancellations and refunds made between Saturday 1pm and Sunday, will be processed after the weekend. 
iv. Refunds will be processed withing 2-5 working days to the original payment method. 
v. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment for any reason and at any time, without notice to you. If we do so, we will provide you with a refund of the booking fee to your original payment method. 

Late Arrivals
i. You should arrive at the selected store at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
ii. If you are late to your appointment, we may need to shorten the length of your appointment. 
iii. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may, at our absolute discretion, presume you to be a no show, cancel your booking and retain the booking fee.
