Formulated with Squalane, Apricot Kernel Oil, Avocado Oil and Vitamin E, this toner helps refine surface texture while hydrating and comforting skin. Alcohol-free and pH-balanced, this formula does not over-dry or strip skin. Balance and tone with Kiehl’s mild facial toner. For all skin types. After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with toner and apply to face, avoiding the immediate eye area.
