Little Black Primer

Think of it as the little black dress for lashes. Unlike traditional lash primers that are white, this primer is tinted black, so you can use it on its own. Apply to lash from root to tip. Comb through with brush. Build to desired look. To remove, saturate lashes with warm water. Do not pull or rub lashes. Allow water to soak into lashes (15-20 seconds). Mascara will loosen. Gently wipe with cotton pad or tissue or splash away with water.
