Why 25% instore and 30% online?

Our stores have multiple promotional treats running and we thought we'd spoil our online customers. If it’s makeup and skincare you’re after, keep your eyes peeled for Cyber Monday treats

 

Why is same day delivery only available in JHB?

With our warehouse being in Sandton JHB we can only fulfill orders within a 10km radius. As we expand so will the services we offer to all major cities. Please keep an eye on our socials for updates on this.

 

It is not fair you have sold out of what I wanted.

As we offer a wide selection of products from the most esteemed brands, we may sell out of items from time to time. With that our retail team keeps a close eye on items that are in demand and will most likely replenish this soon

 

Discount is not real – prices were increased before BF?

Our prices are set by the brands, and we do our best to ensure that these are fair to the market we sell to.

 

Advertising and never had enough stock for the promotion?

As we stock items are in high demand, from time to time we will sell out while the promotion is still on. Our retail team keeps a close eye on items that sell out quickly and do their best to prioritize replenishments.

 

Online is down I'm unable to check out -  what if there is no stock left when I get back online?

Stock is only reserved at checkout and not by adding them to your cart. We’re only able to honor a paid purchase for the amount of stock that was made available for these offers.

 

Why can’t I get the 15% off online as well as the 30% discount?

The treat with the best discount is applicable and that is the 30% off.

 

Why can’t I get Party in a box as well as 25% discount in stores?

The 25% off all fragrances is for a limited time only. Party In a Box will be back while stocks last

 

Can I return my Bling day items?

Yes you may if it within our returns policy which can be found here

 

When am I notified when my order is placed?

Within 2 business days of Your order having been shipped, You will receive an email confirmation containing Your shipping details, a tracking number and a link to track Your order.

 

Do you offer a message for orders that are gifts?

All our products are gift wrapped at our distribution center. Orders placed

 

I got my order and it's not gift-wrapped

As we prioritize getting you your orders on time, due to orders volumes, items purchased between 26-29 November will not be gift wrapped.

 

My order states delivered but I did not receive it, what now?

Delivery will be made to a valid physical address in the Republic of South Africa on business days between 08h00 and 17h00, please ensure there will be someone that you trust available to sign for your order.
